Summer has finally arrived in Vermont! The rain is gone and the warm weather has rolled in. We’ve spent our nights in the pool, and stocked our freezer with ice cream and popsicles. And International Delight challenged me to use one of their new flavors in a recipe to help usher in summer.

I’m excited to share the new recipe I came up with to create some fresh fruit freezer bars. I originally planned to use the ALL NEW International Delight Coldstone Creamery Founder’s Favorite flavored coffee creamer, which is similar in taste to a brownie Sundae, but my grocery store is a little behind the times and doesn’t have it in stock yet. So instead of Banana Brownie Sundae Split pops I made Bananas and Cream ones! I used International Delight Coldstone Creamery Sweet Cream flavor and honestly, it was just as delicious as my first idea! So don’t be afraid to experiment. Try strawberries, blackberries, whatever is your favorite.

Let’s get started on making these yummy bars.
And the best news? It only takes TWO ingredients!
Ingredients:
4 fresh bananas
1 cup International Delight Coldstone Creamery Founder’s Favorite
(or Sweet Cream) Coffee Creamer
Directions:
Pour the International Delight into a blender,
peel 4 bananas and add them to the blender and blend until smooth.
Once smooth, pour into popsicle molds – I was able to make 4 good size bars and had a bit leftover. You can also use paper cups and popsicle sticks if you don’t have molds.
Place in the freezer for approximately 3 hours or until set.
Grab a Banana Brownie Sundae Bar and head outside for some warm sunshine and a quick dip in the pool!
What better way to cool off on a warm summer day?
