I’m Nikole, mom of 4 with a love of baking, stopping by to share another quick, easy and yummy dessert – Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars. The best part? These scrumptious bars are no bake! Just throw them into the fridge when you are done, let harden and serve! Definitely makes it nice when it is too hot to have the oven on.

No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter BarsThese Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars are my soon-to-be 13 year old son, Noah’s, favorite! He talks about how much all of his teachers and classmates enjoyed this treat when I sent it in for a school celebration. Melanie, my 9 year old daughter, was so excited to help make these when I announced that this would be the dessert I was going to share. Don’t forget, you can easily incorporate your kids into baking at most any age! Let them pour in the ingredients, help stir, etc. It’s something they’ll enjoy doing and you’re teaching them life skills in the process.
