Today I’m going to share with you a fun and simple dessert recipe for Graham Cracker Ice Cream Sandwiches that is sure to please a crowd and you can make it with ingredients most of us already have in our homes! Why make ice cream sandwiches you ask? Well, you can customize them however you like – different flavored graham crackers (or try homemade ones!), different flavored ice creams and toppings, try adding chocolate or caramel dipping sauce. So many ways to have fun with these!

GRAHAM CRACKER ICE CREAM SANDWICHES

INGREDIENTS

Chocolate Graham Crackers

Milk Chocolate Chips

Your choice of Ice Cream (I went with Cookies ‘n Cream)

Chocolate Sprinkles

DIRECTIONS

Melt a half bag of milk chocolate chips in the microwave. Start with putting them in for 1 minute. Stir the chips and put them back in f0r 30 second bursts until fully melted.

Break graham crackers into two squares.

Pour chocolate sprinkles into a bowl.

Dip the sides of the graham crackers into the chocolate and then into the sprinkles, creating a candy coating around the edges.

Place in refrigerator to cool for 5 minutes.

Remove from fridge. Add a scoop of ice cream to one cracker, place another cracker on top of the ice cream and push down to create a delicious chocolatey ice cream sandwich!
