This post brought to you by Avery. All opinions are 100% my own.

Avery and Sanrio® recently teamed up to bring us free Hello Kitty templates that pair with Avery products via the Avery Design and Print web-based software.. Having a 7 year old daughter, I obviously know who Hello Kitty is and couldn’t wait to play with the templates to make something fun for my little girl. I waffled back and forth between lunch notes and a notepad and ended up creating an adorable Hello Kitty Notepad. This turned out to be an even bigger hit than I expected, with Olivia writing note after note to friends, me, her dad and her siblings. She put it in her backpack and brought it to school and I now have requests for 4 more custom notepads for her friends! Make sure to scroll to the bottom of this post to learn how you can win a bundle of amazing Avery products so that you can make all sorts of Hello Kitty printables of your own! I especially love the Hello Kitty Planner Stickers that are available.

DIY Hello Kitty Notepad with Avery Design and PrintDIRECTIONS:

DIY Hello Kitty Notepad with Avery Design and PrintOpen one of the Hello Kitty Postcard Templates in Avery Design and Print. Customize as desired. To add text, click the “Add Text Box” button. Then click in the new text box and enter your text, you can use the boxes to the left to change the font, size, color, etc. To add shapes, click on the shapes button on the left and do the same thing. I simply added some hearts and “From the desk of Olivia Conner” to the top of the template. Note: There are Hello Kitty templates for all sorts of Avery products, so if you’re looking for other designs, go to Avery Design and Print , type in the product number, select your product and then click on Hello Kitty in the sidebar to see all available templates!

When the design is finished, click the Preview and Print button in the top right corner. Print the design onto the Avery Postcards. I would recommend about 10 sheets to create a 40 sheet notepad.

Once the cards are printed, carefully separate the perforated postcards for a nice clean edge note card.

Stack the postcards into a pile and secure with binder clips.

Slather school glue along the top edge, smoothing it out with your finger.

Once completely dry, remove the binder clips and put your new, super adorable, notepad to use!
