Teacher appreciation knows no season, but with the new school year upon us (it starts Wednesday!), many parents are scrambling for thoughtful gifts for their children’s dedicated teachers. Running short on time? Don’t fret! These adorable DIY printable teacher note cards are a quick, heartfelt, and customizable way to show your appreciation.
Teacher Appreciation Made Easy
It doesn’t get any easier than this note card gift idea for teachers. All you need is a printer, and paper or cardstock!
Download the free printable note card template (link to download your template is at the bottom of this post!).
Print the template onto white cardstock for a sturdier feel, or use regular printer paper for a more notepad-style option.
The note cards print 4 per sheet. The name area has been left blank so that it can easily be filled in with a Sharpie prior to gifting, or simply leave it blank for the teacher to fill in.
Cardstock Option: Once you’ve cut the cards, stack them neatly, tie them up with a cute little ribbon. For an added touch, add a beautiful pen to the package!
Printer Paper Option: For the notepad approach, follow my DIY Notepad tutorial.
Free Printable Note Cards
Download the Note Cards in pdf format.
Personal use only. Do not alter.
Make sure to save the file to your computer. Open it in Adobe Reader and send to print. This will ensure the note cards print properly.
These printable note cards are perfect for teachers of all grades. They’re also a great option for classroom volunteers, teacher’s aides, or daycare providers who deserve a bit of recognition or thank you!
With this quick and creative DIY project, you can show a teacher in your life just how much their hard work and dedication are appreciated. It’s a small gesture that goes a long way!
Thanks so much for the freebie! I have so many teachers in my life that these will make great gifts!
Your key chain turned out so cute! Great job! I love polka dots! Thanks for the kind words and the multiple links :)!
Your key chain turned out really cute! I have tons of those “I really need to do this” projects that seem to take forever to get going on and then you wonder why it ever took so long in the first place when you realize how awesome it is!
Very cute and functional too! I bought some key fob blanks and I need to get around to making myself one too!

I’ve been meaning to make a key fob as well. Your post has inched that project to the top of the list – at least while I am reading your blog. 🙂 Thanks for sharing this post and others. I am visiting from http://bedifferentactnormal.blogspot.com/
I need to make a version of that cute key fob that actually has a clip that will attach to my purse. I use a carabiner right now (couldn’t live without it!) but it isn’t pretty!
Love your key fob! I am going to have to make one for me and each of the kids. Thanks for sharing! I love this show and tell!
