My baby boy starts Kindergarten at the end of this month. My precious little bundle of joy that took us 8 months to conceive… that took me 22 hours of labor and 3 hours of pushing to finally meet… who is my sweetest love bug that wears his emotions on his sleeve… is starting KINDERGARTEN! No, I cannot believe that 5 years have already come and gone, but I know one thing. He is 100% ready to start his school career. We have been practicing hair styles, gone school shopping and have talked about what he can expect. The count down calendar has been hung and we are prepared. And of course, that includes his first foray into the first day of school photo shoot! In preparation I designed First and Last Day of Kindergarten Signs!
This is his first year of school which means I won’t be able to do a “photo inside a photo” like I do for his sister, so I decided we would start his career off with a “1st Day of Kindergarten” sign.
Of course I made these available as free downloads so that you can make sure to capture these memories with your little ones as well!

I remember the first day of Kindergarten for both my girls – one of them is doing a victory lap (an extra year of high school, to take extra courses), and the other is now going into grade 3. Time flies by, so take those pictures, and cherish these days! He’s going to do great!!
