Two: Ameroonie Designs Scalloped Skirt – I love, love, love this fabulous little skirt.  The scalloped layer and adds a little “floral” touch – I could see a little one kneeling in the grass with the skirt spread around her – divine!

Three: Chica and Jo’s Tiered Ruffle Skirt – Ruffly and colorful, this is the perfect little girls skirt.  It looks pretty simple to create, and that is a big plus.
