My thirteen year old loves Shirley Temples. Everyone in our family knows exactly what she will order if we go out to a restaurant. She did really good on several tests at school recently, so to celebrate acing all of her tests, I bought Shirley Temple makings.

Shirley Temple Mocktail

These non-alcoholic mixed drinks are super easy to make and taste delicious.

 We make our Shirley Temples two ways, the first is with regular ice cubes:

Ingredients

  • Sprite you can also use 7 Up or Gingerale, but we prefer Sprite
  • Grenadine found in mixed drinks aisle of Grocery Store
  • Maraschino Cherries
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Add ice to a cup
  • Fill with Sprite
  • Add in 1-2 ounces of Grenadine
  • Top with a cherry or two
  • Serve

Ingredients

  • Sprite
  • Grenadine
  • Maraschino Cherries
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Using a blender, crush up ice (or use a fridge door ice maker set to crush)
  • Pour ice into a cup
  • Fill with Sprite
  • Add in 1-2 ounces of Grenadine
  • Top with a cherry or two
  • Serve
