Easter is in just two days and if you’re anything like me, you’ll be attending a couple of family gatherings. My Mom or SIL typically hosts our Easter dinners so I’m not usually in charge of food, but I don’t like to go empty handed, so I’ll try to make an appetizer or bring crafts for the kids.
I was in an experimental mood this week and wanted to try out something new to bring, so when International Delight challenged me to use their flavored coffee creamer at Easter this year, I knew just what to do. Make a delicious creamy fruit dip that everyone would enjoy! Turns out this Irish Creme Fruit Dip is REALLY good and takes just 3 ingredients!
My daughter gave this her “YUMMY!” stamp of approval and I hope you will too.
Irish Creme Fruit Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup of International Delight Irish Cream Coffee Creamer add more or less to taste
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Mix the cream cheese, coffee creamer and powdered sugar with a mixer on medium for two minutes.
- Pour into a bowl and serve with fruit.
Notes
I picked up a greek yogurt cream cheese which had the benefit of additional protein and live and active cultures.
What do you think? Is this something you’ll try this Easter?
