Lay the heart flat and cut (2) approximately 2″ lengths of rickrack for the arms and (2) 3″ lengths for the legs.
Cut out 4 mittens and 4 shoes.
Glue the mittens and shoes to the front of the rickrack, flip over and glue them onto the backside as well so that the rickrack is sandwiched between the two pieces.
Glue the arms and legs onto the heart.
Starting half way down the heart, add a line of glue along the edge. going down to the point and then half way up the other side. Place the second heart on top.
Fill with polyester filling or potpourri and then glue the top shut.
