Scrumptious, right? The tater tots and cheese cook together perfectly to form a finger friendly cup, perfect for snacking! Want to make some? The frozen tater tots and pre-made chicken strips make these a snap to make!
Cheesy Chicken Bacon Ranch Taters Recipe
We used an extra large cupcake tin and 6 tater tots per cup, which gave us 5 large tater cups. If you use a normal muffin tin and only 4 tater tots, you’d definitely be able to get a few more made.
McCain® Potato & Cauliflower Veggie Taters™
Pre-made Chicken Strips (or shredded chicken would work!)
Monterey Shredded Cheese
Real Bacon Bits
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut the chicken strips into chunks and add to the taters. Sprinkle on some real bacon bits.
Carefully remove the cups from the muffin tin and drizzle with ranch dressing. Top with scallions and serve.
These are great snacks when you’re running short on time, and they’re quite filling too.
