The holidays are upon us and that means holiday parties, entertaining, drinks and food. Not everyone drinks, so I like to have options to allow them to feel included with a simple and festive drink that takes little to no effort. How is that achieved? With fresh cranberry and mint ice cubes! Or maybe you just love cranberry and mint and want to add a bit of flavor to your drink. Totally cool – these can be made all year round.

Fresh Cranberry and Mint Ice Cubes

We like to pop these cranberry and mint ice cubes into Ginger Ale for a festive spritzer, but it’s also a great way to add an eye-catching touch to sparkling water, cocktails and punch.
Fresh Cranberry and Mint Ice CubesI don’t think I really need to tell you how these are made… BUT, if you need a run down, here we go – Fill an ice cube tray with water. Pop in a couple of fresh cranberries or fresh mint leaves into each cube. Place in the freezer until frozen.
