Even those of us that live a healthy lifestyle need something sweet every now again… at least I know I do! I have a wicked sweet tooth that I don’t give in to very often and if I’m going to, I want to try to stick to a healthier sweet than just going all out and snacking away on tons of sugar and fats. These Frozen Peanut Butter Cool Whip Bites are something Todd introduced me to. They’re made with two ingredients – Fat Free Sugar Free Cool Whip and PB Fit. You read that right, they’re just two ingredients!

Using PB Fit powder means there are less calories and fat per serving than regular peanut butter while still getting in some protein.

There isn’t a real science to making these Frozen Peanut Butter Cool Whip Bites – simply add 4 teaspoons of PB Fit to a tub of Cool Whip and stir. Take a taste and if the peanut butter flavoring isn’t enough, add a couple more teaspoons and stir again.

Once it is to taste, place into a ziplock bag, clip off a corner and pipe onto a baking sheet. Alternatively, scoop into cupcake liners and place on a baking sheet. If you don’t care about having bite sized morsels, simply keep it all in the Cool Whip container! Once ready, pop them into the freezer and let freeze for at least one hour.

Store in a sealed container or freezer bag in the freezer.

These bite size treats are delicious and almost guilt free! Even kids will enjoy these frozen treats. They get soft pretty quickly once they are removed from the freezer, so if you made bite-sized versions, you’ll want to eat right away. If you kept it in the container, dig in with your spoon, just like ice cream!
