Hi there, I’m Nikole, mom of 4 with a love of baking! Is the warm weather getting to you? I know here in our house it is making cooking dinner a bit of a miserable experience, which is why I made this delicious Doritos Taco Salad the other night. It is an easy dish that the kids love, has protein and is cold! Don’t forget to include your kids in the meal prep! Teach them a life skill while giving you something to bond over. This is a great meal to have the kids help make since it is fairly simple.
This No Bake Doritos Taco Salad is a delicious take on a classic Mexican meal. It is easy to make in big batches and is always a hit at family gatherings. As a busy mom of 4 with kids running in all directions for school and sports, finding quick meal ideas is super important to our family. This one can be accomplished in about 15 minutes flat, so it is a definite favorite for our family.
