It’s been a while since I’ve shared a menu planner, so when my friend Shannah from My Suburban Kitchen mentioned she needed a new one, I decided to help a girl out and create one! We decided on a simple box layout with an attached shopping list. Simple with fun and bright colors to get you through the winter! Scroll to the bottom of this post to download the printable menu planner.
Do you meal plan? I always have. I don’t think I could function each night without my meal plan! I shop every Sunday for the week so I plan out my meals prior to grocery shopping. I write down what I need to get us through the week, plus any essentials we are running low on. This means I do not have to stop at a grocery store at all during the week like a lot of other people I know do. It also means it is easier to stick to my meal plan that my trainer has me on. While shopping I get all of my meal ingredients together and prep my lunches for the week when I get home.
Looking for menu ideas? Shannah has a weeks worth of dinner ideas that you’ll want to check out – all prepped and ready to go for you! Plus, read on to find some of our favorite family meals.

I like to print 52 sheets and bind them together so that I have my meal ideas all in one place. If I’m stuck on what to have I can flip back through the pages to get some inspiration!
