Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp

old fashioned oats

soft butter
sliced
Instructions
To prepare the rhubarb
peel the outer strings, the redder the stalk the better
Filling
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
Topping
In a seperate bowl mix flour, brown sugar and oats. Work the sliced butter into the ingredients so that it becomes crumbly.
Bake
Bake at 375 degrees in a 13x9 baking dish for 35 minutes or until it gets bubbly and the topping starts to brown
