Brown Sugar Glazed Monkey Bread

Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick butter melted
  • 1 can refrigerator biscuits
  • 1 Gallon zip lock bag
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Brown Sugar Glaze
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbls water
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • Preheat over to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
  • Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces.
  • Place 4-8 pieces into a gallon zip lock bag add in about 10 shakes of Cinnamon.
  • Close the bag and shake together.
  • Line coated pieces into a greased pan, squishing tight together.
  • Pour melted butter over top of coated biscuits.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, checking occasionally for middle biscuits to be cooked through without burning.
  • While baking mix together the Brown Sugar Glaze in a small bowl.
  • When bread is done baking, carefully loosen the bread from the sides using a knife or spatula.
  • Invert the pan over a serving dish, remove the pan.
  • Drizzle brown sugar glaze over Monkey Bread and serve warm.
