Fudge Brownie Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 Package Fudge Brownie mix
  • 2 1/2 Gallon Ice Cream
  • 1 Package Oreos
  • Chocolate Sundae Syrup
  • Cool Whip or Buttercream

Instructions

  • Make fudge brownies according to package.
  • Let cool completely.
  • Press a layer of ice cream into the bottom of the 10" Springform cake pan.
  • Scatter brownie and crushed Oreos across the ice cream
  • Zig zag chocolate syrup over the brownie/oreos (don’t use too much)
  • Repeat each layer until you reach the top of the pan – ending with a final layer of ice cream
  • Freeze until hard
  • Run warm water over the sides (and bottom) of the pan until you can release the spring easily
  • Flip over and drop the cake onto a plate
  • Refreeze
  • Frost and decorate as desired – for this 4th of July cake I used star sprinkles, so easy!
  • Refreeze until ready to serve
