Patriotic Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 Graham Cracker Pie Crusts
  • 1 pkg 6oz Strawberry Jello
  • 2 cups Diced Strawberry's
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 pkg 8oz Cool Whip
  • 1 pkg 8oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 8 oz can Crushed Pineapple drained
  • Blue Food Coloring

Instructions

First mix the blue cream layer

  • Add softened cream cheese and sugar
  • Add in drained pineapple and 1/2 of 1 of the Cool Whip containers
  • Mix in a few drops of blue dye to turn mixture blue
  • Pour 1/2 blue mixture into 1 of the graham cracker crusts
  • Add the other half of mixture to other pie crust
  • Chill in fridge while making the Jello

Strawberry Jello

  • Add 1 1/2 cups boiling water to Jello mix and stir until dissolved
  • Add 2 cups ice, stir until melted
  • Mix in Strawberry slices
  • Chill in fridge until starts to firm, about 5+ minutes

Filling Pies

  • Spoon the Jello mixture over the blue cream filling, spread evenly over both pies
  • Chill for 4 hours or until Jello is fully set
  • Top your slices with Cool Whip

Notes

You can easily halve the recipe if you only need to make one pie!
