Extra Chocolatey Graham Cracker Ice Cream Sandwich
Easy and delicious dessert for summertime
- Chocolate Graham Crackers
- Milk Chocolate Chips
- Your choice of Ice Cream or Frozen Yogurt
- Chocolate Sprinkles
Melt a half bag of milk chocolate chips in the microwave. Start with putting them in for 1 minute. Stir the chips and put them back in f0r 30 second bursts until fully melted.
Break graham crackers into two squares.
Pour chocolate sprinkles into a bowl.
Dip the sides of the graham crackers into the chocolate and then into the sprinkles, creating a candy coating around the edges.
Place in refrigerator to cool for 5 minutes.
Remove from fridge.
Add a scoop of ice cream to one cracker, place another cracker on top of the ice cream and push down.
