Patriotic Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

Graham Cracker Pie Crusts

pkg 6oz Strawberry Jello
2
cups
Diced Strawberry's
1/4
cup
Sugar

pkg 8oz Cool Whip
1
pkg 8oz Cream Cheese
softened
1 8
oz
can Crushed Pineapple
drained
Blue Food Coloring
Instructions
First mix the blue cream layer
Add softened cream cheese and sugar
Add in drained pineapple and 1/2 of 1 of the Cool Whip containers
Mix in a few drops of blue dye to turn mixture blue
Pour 1/2 blue mixture into 1 of the graham cracker crusts
Add the other half of mixture to other pie crust
Chill in fridge while making the Jello
Strawberry Jello
Add 1 1/2 cups boiling water to Jello mix and stir until dissolved
Add 2 cups ice, stir until melted
Mix in Strawberry slices
Chill in fridge until starts to firm, about 5+ minutes
Filling Pies
Spoon the Jello mixture over the blue cream filling, spread evenly over both pies
Chill for 4 hours or until Jello is fully set
Top your slices with Cool Whip
Notes
You can easily halve the recipe if you only need to make one pie!
