Cream Cheese Frosting
World's Best Cheese Cream Cheese Frosting
- 2 oz cream cheese room temperature
- 2 tbsp soft butter
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 c powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp milk
In large bowl, beat butter, vanilla, salt and cream cheese with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Grad
Gradually add confectioners' sugar and milk.
Beat on high until smooth (30 - 60 seconds).
If icing seems too thin, add confectioners' sugar 1 tablespoon at a time. If it seems too thick, add more milk 1 teaspoon at a time until icing reaches desired consistency.
