My friends SIL asked me if I could make up a fun Sweet 16 Cake Topper for her daughter’s birthday.
Of course I said yes and came up with this:

 I love bunting and banners as cake toppers. They are simple, yet add a bit of whimsy, and just my style.
Do you have a teen turning 16? I made a generic version  Happy 16th Birthday one as well!

Download the Sweet 16 Cake Topper via Google Drive.

Download the file to your computer, print the banner onto cardstock and cut out.
I glued it to two wooden skewers and stuck it in the cake.
Can’t get any easier than that!
