My IRL blog friend Shannah from Just Us Four asked me to set-up a printable 5 Week Weight Challenge Tracker for her and of course I couldn’t say no!
If you are interested in losing weight, but feel like you need a little motivation to do so, Shannah’s Challenge and my tracker may just be what you need! The whole idea is to create a challenge that is done with multiple other people who have put money into a pot to participate. There is a leader that keeps track of everyone’s results and at the end of the 5 weeks, the one with the greatest weight loss wins the cash!
