My 8th grader doesn’t typically exchange Valentine’s Cards anymore. However, she does like to give something to her friends. They all love nail polish, so I decided to whip up some cute Valentine’s that would please her group of teen girlfriends.
First I designed the free printable Valentine’s Cards using some fun puns my friend Krista and I brainstormed late one Sunday night. Avery had sent me some of their postcard paper, which turned out to be the PERFECT fit for this Valentine. I designed the cards at 4.25″ wide by 5.5″ tall. I put four per page and printed them onto the 8.5×11 Avery Postcard stock. Then I simply tore along the perforated lines to get a perfect, clean edge postcard sized Valentine – no paper cutter or scissors required. I picked up some Sally Hansen polish on sale for $2.40 each and used a foam dot to adhere the polish to the card. I packaged it all in a cellophane bag and tied it off with a baker’s twine bow. Now Cassidy has a sweet little gift for each of her closest friends!
