Did you know that August is National Coffee Month? I thought we could celebrate with some delicious Coffee Ice Pops – an adult popsicle! These are super simple to make and require only 2 ingredients: International Delight Caramel Macchiato Iced Coffee and Heavy Cream.
To make these delicious, creamy pops, pour a small amount of Heavy Cream into the bottom of a popsicle mold. Feel free to mix a bit of sugar with the Heavy Cream prior to adding to the mold – this just sweetens it up a bit more. Place into the freezer for an hour or two until the Heavy Cream is set.
Take the mold out of the freezer and pour the International Delight Caramel Macchiato Iced Coffee (or any flavor of your choice!) over the cream. Add in a stick and freeze for several hours.
Remove from freezer and run a bit of warm water around the popsicle mold, remove the Coffee Pop and eat!
