Last year I shared a list of my favorite 25 Camping Tips, Recipes and Activities around the web. 

I realized that I left out a biggie on that list: Meal Planning. When camping you want to make sure you have everything you need at hand so you can sit back and relax and not be scrambling to find a store. The best way that I know how to be organized is to meal plan. We write up our meal plan and then head out to the grocery store to pick everything up the weekend before we leave. That way we can make sure we have everything on hand that is needed and we aren’t scurrying around trying to figure out what to eat at breakfast, lunch or dinner. 
One of my favorite dinners is Frank’s Hot Sauce Sandwiches. The chicken is easy to cook on the grill or over the fire and then I just pour Frank’s Hot Sauce over the thin breasts, place on a grinder roll with provolone cheese, bacon, onions and lettuce.
