While shopping the other day I stumbled upon a 4 pack of glow rings for $1. As soon as I saw them I knew they would be a perfect trinket to use for a classroom Valentine, so I picked up enough to cover my sons class. I went home and designed a card to go along with them and today I’m sharing them with you!
Glow sticks, rings, necklaces, glasses – kids love them all! And the best part about these rings is you can insert the glow sticks so that they don’t break in transit, meaning the kids should be able to break them to make them glow whenever they are ready! Of course these Valentines are cute all on their own too if you can’t find the rings or don’t have time to pick them up.
Supplies Needed:
Cardstock
Scissors
Glow Rings
Craft Knife
Printable Glow Ring Valentine’s Day Card – personal use only. Do not alter.
Download and save the “You make my heart glow” Valentine Card. Open it in Adobe Reader and print onto cardstock. Cut out all of the cards.
If you are adding rings you could simply tape them to the card, or using a craft knife, cut a small hole in the heart and insert the ring. If the ring isn’t fitting snug, add a small piece of tape on the back of the card over the hole.
Have your child sign the cards and you’re good to go!
