It’s been a while since I’ve shared a menu planner, so when my friend Shannah from My Suburban Kitchen mentioned she needed a new one, I decided to help a girl out and create one! We decided on a simple box layout with an attached shopping list. Simple with fun and bright colors to get you through the winter! Do you meal plan? I always have. I don’t think I could function each night without my meal plan! I shop every Sunday for the week so I plan out my meals prior to grocery shopping. I write down what I need to get us through the week, plus any essentials we are running low on. This means I do not have to stop at a grocery store at all during the week like a lot of other people I know do. It also means it is easier to stick to my meal plan that my trainer has me on. While shopping I get all of my meal ingredients together and prep my lunches for the week when I get home.
