I was cleaning up my craft room when I came across some scraps from a jelly roll I had. The fabrics were fun and colorful and I decided that I had to put them to use. It just happened to be the same time my daughter was asking for some new hair clips. Man, was this fate?! I searched my stash and found some french barrettes and got to work. I remembered seeing an adorable video from Sugar Bee Crafts where she shared Shamrock Hair Clips. I took the heart shape petals as a base and then just winged the rest. These DIY Scrap Fabric Flower Hair Clips are quick to whip up and are super cute! Let’s make some, shall we?
