They are full of flavor and take much less time than cooking from scratch. Quesadillas are a family favorite in our house. They’re simple and filling and easy to make and these Parmesan Crusted Meatball Quesadillas are no exception! The key to making this a quick dish is the fresh, not frozen, Carando meatball. Parmesan Crusted Meatball Quesadillas Ingredients:
Carando Abruzzee Meatballs
Favorite Marinara Sauce
Mozzerella Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Tortillas
Butter
Directions: Bake Carando Meatballs in oven according to package.
Once baked, place in a bowl and coat in your favorite marinara sauce.
Coat a skillet or griddle in cooking spray and set to medium-high heat. Place tortilla on griddle and add a layer of mozzarella cheese.
Cut meatballs in half and place on tortilla and cheese. Sprinkle on a bit more mozzarella cheese.
Cover with a second tortilla. Using a stick of butter, rub butter all over the top of the quesadilla.
Sprinkle a coat of parmesan cheese over the tortilla.
Carefully flip the quesadilla and repeat the butter and parmesan coating. After 1 minute, flip the quesadilla and leave for 1 minute.
Once all the cheese is melted and the parmesan has created a crust on the tortilla, remove from the griddle. Carefully cut into slices and serve with a marinara dipping sauce.
