This Potted Flower Frame Kids Craft makes a great gift for parents and grandparents. It is super sweet and something that kids can accomplish with just a small amount of help from an adult! My 6 year old made this one for my dad for his birthday, but I think they would make really great Mother’s Day gifts! And they are inexpensive and easy enough that they could easily be done in a group setting!
Potted Flower Frame Kids Craft Supplies
Small Terra Cotta Pot
School Glue (or hot glue)
Moss (or shredded green paper)
Green Construction Paper
Small Styrofoam Ball
Paint both sides of the popsicle stick green. The great thing about using watercolor paints is they dry quickly, but if a child uses too much paint, or you want to move on the next side immediately, you can simple pat the piece dry with a paper towel and the color remains.Paint the front and back of the flower.
Wouldn’t this Potted Flower Frame look adorable on a desk or shelf? I know I would love to walk in to my office each morning to this colorful and cheery piece of art! My dad sure loved it as well and my daughter was so proud to give it to him.
