I joined forces with a really good friend of mine, Shannah from My Suburban Kitchen to come up with a fun neighbor gift idea to help show our gratitude this November! I designed a sweet Thankful Gift Tag that Shannah paired with her delicious Paleo Pumpkin Granola.
This is a great gift for a neighbor, bus driver, teacher, or coworker! Heading to a Thanksgiving gathering? Add this to a bottle of wine as a hostess gift.
Use Shannah’s Pumpkin Granola, another food or homemade item or wrap a store-bought gift in kraft paper and add this sweet little Thankful Gift Tag. No matter what you use, a thoughtful gift like this will show someone just how much YOU are thankful for them!
This simple Thankful Gift Tag shows the recipient that you took a bit more time and thought when selecting and gifting them their treat. Who doesn’t want that?
The tags are free to print and use as many times as you would like!

As always, for personal use only. Do not alter.
Save the gift tags to your computer and open in Adobe Reader. Print onto cardstock and cut out the gift tags. Using a hole punch, add a hole at the top and use twine, yarn, or string to attach the tag to your gift!
How do you show your gratitude during the Holidays?
Did you use these gift tags? I want to see your photos! I know you are all so creative and I bet your packages look stunning! Share them with me via Facebook or email them to [email protected] And if you pair them with something unique, then definitely make sure to share! I’m always looking for crafty gift ideas.
I love this idea & what a sweet and thoughtful gift to give, pinning 🙂
