Hello to all my American Friends!  Some of my fav blogs have been sharing some amazing 4th of July ideas.  Since I’m going to be away camping for Independence Day I won’t be throwing an Independence Day BBQ at my home this year.  We’ll be doing lots of other fun stuff, but I felt like I might be missing a little bit of the action.  I thought I could live vicariously through you all!  So here you go, 13 fabulous 4th of July ideas!

 1. Entertain the kids with these festive POP Party Favors by Kara’s Party Ideas, including a FREE printable!

2. Stars & Stripes Oreos from brown paper packages… I’m afraid to make these… I don’t think they’d ever make it to the table!

3. 4th of July Printables by Sugar Tot Designs via I Heart Naptime.

5. Love this DIY Pallet Flag by Sisters of the Wild West.
Thanks for linking it up with my Sugar & Spice party ladies!
6. Make easy Patriotic Pinwheels with The Scrap Shoppe!

7. Red, White and Blue Bustle Dress by Heart Break Kids – yes, there’s a tutorial!

8. Make Firecracker Cookies with Lizard & Ladybug using sprinkles and Pop Rocks!
I LOVE me some Pop Rocks!

9. Patriotic Strawberries by The Girl Who Ate Everything

10.  You’ll most definitely dig The Cellar Door Stories Patriotic Wreath?
Made from a wreath form, yarn and buttons – so easy!

11. Get the kiddos involved and make an adorable Popsicle Stick Flag Banner with Ginger Snap Crafts!

12. Flag Cake by Fab Recipes – My SIL makes a fruit flag cake every year – homemade cake AND homemade whipped frosting.  Everyone looks forward too it… hmm… since she’ll be joining us on our camping trip, I wonder if she’ll still make this?  I better inform her that SHE IS! HAHA.

13. Decorate your home to get into the spirit using Nifty Thrifty Thing’s 4th of July Bunting and Flags Free Printables!
Happy Creating! ~Kim
