It doesn’t get much better than this pizza! You have all the cheesy and meaty goodness in the middle and a soft buttery garlic crust all around the edges!
Homemade Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
(1) 13.8 oz Pillsbury Refrigerated Pizza Dough Crust
3 oz of light cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup of your favorite bottled ranch dressing (or use the recipe below like we did)
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
2 chicken breasts, cooked (shredded or cube them)
butter, melted
garlic salt
mozzarella cheese, shredded about 1 cup
green onions, chopped
bacon, cooked & chopped
Yummy Ranch Dressing:
1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
1 cup of plain greek yogurt
1 cup of milk
(Mix everything together and put in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow it to thicken)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400° F
- Spray a 9×13 baking sheet with cooking spray and lightly dust with garlic salt
- Evenly spread out your pizza dough and put in the oven and pre-cook for 8 minutes
- While your dough is pre-cooking, mix your softened cream cheese, tomato paste & ranch dressing in a medium bowl
- Remove the pizza crust from the oven and use a baking brush (or spread with a spoon) and go around the edges of the pizza with butter. Lightly sprinkle with garlic salt
- Add your sauce to the middle of the pizza and out to the buttered edges, leaving about inch around of exposed buttered crust
- Add your mozzarella cheese, chicken, and green onions and put back in the oven for 5-7 minutes
- Remove from the oven and add the cooked bacon pieces
- Cook for an additional 2-4 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are lightly browned
- You may want to “broil” it for the last 2 minutes to get the cheese really bubbly!
