School starts on Wednesday and I needed a quick and simple gift to send in for my daughters teacher. What do I do when time is tight? Whip up a DIY gift. And you are super lucky, because these DIY Teacher Note Cards are a printable, which means that I can share with you!
The note cards print 4 per sheet. The name area has been left blank so that it can easily be filled in with a Sharpie prior to gifting. Print them onto cardstock, cut them apart and tie with a cute little ribbon!
Alternately, you can print them onto regular computer paper and turn them into DIY notepads, which is my favorite way of gifting these.
Download the Teacher Note Cards in pdf format.
Personal use only. Do not alter.
Thanks so much for the freebie! I have so many teachers in my life that these will make great gifts!
Your key chain turned out so cute! Great job! I love polka dots! Thanks for the kind words and the multiple links :)!
Your key chain turned out really cute! I have tons of those “I really need to do this” projects that seem to take forever to get going on and then you wonder why it ever took so long in the first place when you realize how awesome it is!
Very cute and functional too! I bought some key fob blanks and I need to get around to making myself one too!

I’ve been meaning to make a key fob as well. Your post has inched that project to the top of the list – at least while I am reading your blog. 🙂 Thanks for sharing this post and others. I am visiting from http://bedifferentactnormal.blogspot.com/
I need to make a version of that cute key fob that actually has a clip that will attach to my purse. I use a carabiner right now (couldn’t live without it!) but it isn’t pretty!
Love your key fob! I am going to have to make one for me and each of the kids. Thanks for sharing! I love this show and tell!
