The countdown to Christmas is on! The excitement of the season has hit and my kids are soaking it all in. Since I like to spend quality time with my family during the Holiday season, I decided to whip up a fun Christmas Memory Game that me and my kids could play together. It is a super simple game, fun for kids of all ages! It would be perfect for a play date activity or for a kids holiday party too.
Since it is almost Christmas and I’m in a giving mood, I’ve made this Christmas Memory Game available as a free printable at the bottom of this post! Simply download and save the file to your computer. Open it in Adobe Reader and print two copies. I like to use cardstock since it is thicker and will last longer. Cut out the 24 game pieces.
To play, use the same rules as regular Memory! Simply mix up the cards, then lay them upside down in 4 rows of 6. The first player turns over two cards. If they get a match, they take the cards and go again. If they do not get a match, turn the cards back over and the next player goes. Don’t forget to keep an eye on the cards others are flipping over so that you remember where each card is! The player with the most matches wins.
Easy peasy, festive and fun! I hope you and your kids enjoy printable Christmas Memory Game as much as me and my kids did.
